Quality policy
OFTALMOQUÍMICA S.A. is a pharmaceutical laboratory operating under Colombian law, dedicated to producing medicines for human and veterinary use, employed in the diagnosis of eye diseases and in complex ophthalmic surgical procedures.
Its production and Quality Control have always been framed by the standards of professionalism and improvement set out in the Good Manufacturing Practices programme for human medicines (INVIMA) and for veterinary use (ICA).
OFTALMOQUÍMICA S.A. guarantees the quality of its products by using excellent, duly certified raw materials, and invests continuously in staff training and in the company's technology.
Environmental management
You may return expired or partially used medicines to the containers available at our facilities.
OFTALMOQUÍMICA S.A. complies with current national environmental regulations, with environmental management as a priority across all its processes, providing training and campaigns for internal and external stakeholders.
We take part in and manage post-consumer programmes aimed at explaining the return channels for partially used, expired or soon-to-expire medicines, both human and veterinary.
Our facilities have containers for the disposal of such medicines.
